Virtual, mechanical, little, big calculator

This virtual, mechanical calculator was created with the level editor of the upcoming PS3 game Little Big Planet. Be sure to keep watching til the end to see how mind-bogglingly incredible this really is.

Image Fulgurator

Ha! This is a very cool idea.
It's basically just a film projector that can shine words or pictures on walls or whatever. But the cool part is that it's powered by a camera flash. The type, like many, that can be set to go off when they sense another flash going off.
So what you do is point this at something that people will be taking flash pictures of and when they take the picture the image fulgurator projects something for justa few milliseconds. The person taking the picture never sees it because it happens so fast, but their camera captures it. Brilliant! See a longer explanation and a video of it in action at checkpoint charlie here
